Long term care services are perfectly designed to provide wholesome care for elders who suffer from chronic ailments and disabilities and have a health condition, which demands full-time care and assistance for a longer period of time.
TF’s short term skilled care & rehab program proves to be of great help to countless residents as it effectively meets their diverse medical requirements. It perfectly combines skilled nursing care which is provided in a fine home-like atmosphere where residents feel most comfortable.
Our respite care is a breather for many caregivers. It can be the ideal choice for one who wants to take a break after the tiresome routine of looking after an older relative or parents. Our terms are flexible and the longevity of the resident’s stay with us is wholly the client’s decision.
